[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Cape Henry Associates (CHA) operates a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable legal requirements. Our QMS addresses the research, production, quality management, and delivery of CHA products and services. The basis of our QMS is CHA’s quality policy and the CHA QMS Manual. These two elements are critical to our QMS as CHA aims to enhance customer satisfaction through its effective application and improvement.

The CHA QMS Manual has 10 sections that correlate to the clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems – Requirements. CHA’s QMS Manual describes our QMS, and delineates the authorities, interrelationships, and responsibilities of the personnel performing within our QMS. It provides specific information pertaining to the procedures and describes the methods used to implement the necessary requirements for all activities comprising our QMS to ensure compliance with the International Standard. Internally, CHA uses the QMS Manual to guide employees through our various QMS requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and continual improvement, and provide accurate instructions that create an empowered work force. Externally, the CHA QMS Manual introduces our QMS to our customers, potential customers, external organizations, and other interested parties or individuals, familiarizing them with the implemented controls and assuring them the integrity of CHA’s QMS remains focused on customer satisfaction and continual improvement.

Additionally, CHA has an SER04XQ-approved Quality System Manual (QSM) for use on Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Navy Contracts, based on Navy Standard Item 009-04 and ISO 9001:2008(E).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
