Not long ago we asked our stellar employees to weigh in on which of our services they take the most pride in here. Unsurprisingly, we got a lot of answers like, “All are important and exciting in their own way,” and “I feel equally passionate about all the good things we do at Cape!” Of course, we couldn’t let it go there and we asked them if they had to choose, what services rise to the top?
Overwhelmingly, the answers tended toward our training content and analysis services. It’s understandable; we’re very proud of the work we’ve done in our Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) department. Hearing so many talk about our curriculum development efforts and how much they love the training program is music to our ears. “I am very proud of how we are working on turning that program around to the ships on time,” said one colleague, with another adding how great it is to “provide stakeholders with top-quality services that meet and exceed Navy standards.”
While there was a lot of love for MPT, we also heard quite a bit about our proprietary Lighthouse technology stack and, of course, C-ARTS. “I think C-ARTS is a fascinating game changer!” pretty much sums up the pride we take in that product, one that utilizes Lighthouse in new and inventive ways.
“New technology endeavors” rounds out the survey on services we take pride in here at CHA. Our Research and Disruption (R&D) department works hard to create and develop cutting-edge technology and adapt existing technologies in exciting new ways. We’re so proud of the work they do that fuels so many of our services that we’re featuring them in a series of blog articles this year.
